Hai, I am Lyra. These are few facts about me.

I live in Canada, but English is not my native language, although, I have learned how to use it and I must add, not too poorly.

I am in my twenties.

I made this journal because I wanted to join an HP community and three years later I have also joined another HP community (the first one is closing). I was sorted into Ravenclaw at Hogwarts Elite and into Slytherin at Hogwarts is Home.



This sigtag was made for me by Eve and this lady on the sigtag bears some resemblance to me.

I am witty, analytical, subtle, loyal and cunning.

My zodiac sign is gemini.

I am an INTP with P/J bordering, but I have read description for both and decided that P describes me better.

Majority of my hobbies are creative. I am constantly writing, drawing, using photoshop, taking pretty photos and getting better at all of the above.

I love to read. There is a whole long list of authors, I will mention a few: Philippa Gregory, Jules Verne, Strugatsky, Kir Bulychev, Jane Austen, Boris Akunin.

I enjoy watching stuff such as Star Trek, Harry Potter, Lord of the Rings, What not to wear, Amarica's next top model, The Simpsons, Disney cartoons, Lina Inverse, What? Where? When?, Lednikovy Period, Minuta Slavi.

I enjoy poetry and I do have a darn good memory when the poetry is involved.

Here is one of my favorite poems.

A lone white sail shows for an instant
Where gleams the sea, an azure streak.
What left it in its homeland distant?
In alien parts what does it seek?

The billow play, the mast bends creaking,
The wind, impatient, moans and sighs...
It is not joy that it is seeking,
Nor is it happiness it flies.

The blue wave dance, they dance and tremble,
